Our peri/menopause tea provides a potent blend of all organic herbs including; Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Licorice, Withania, St. John's Wort, Red Clover, Spearmint, Lemon Verbena, Peppermint, Hibiscus, Lavender, Rose Petals, Sage + Alfalfa.
Tea is a gentle yet potent way to access the power of plants. Making a cup or a pot of tea throughout the day allows us to tap into ritual, too.
