Our weekly-changing, nourishing meals, designed for you to enjoy at home, work, or away.
A bowl of nourishing goodness is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each week our offering changes, but you'll always receive a combination of colourful vegetables, protein from legumes, tofu, and/or whole grains, fresh herbs and a squeeze of citrus ties everything together– YUM!
Heat and enjoy alongside your favourite grain or a crunchy piece of bread, top with extra fresh herbs and maybe a drizzle of olive oil, for a seriously nourishing time.
1 litre provides 3-4 serves.
